Glad you’re here

About me

I believe that you are the expert of your own experience. Whatever you’re going through—whether it’s depression, anxiety, loss, grief, trauma, physical pain, overwhelm, burnout, relational difficulties, or other challenges—you inherently contain the inner resources to move through this experience and emerge well and mighty on the other side.

My therapeutic approach focuses on giving you the tools and support you need to access those inner resources, increase your resilience, and fully accept all the different parts of yourself. I work to create a safe, warm, inclusive environment where inner exploration and reclamation can unfold organically. In this way, I have witnessed many clients develop confidence in themselves and experience profound healing.

*I am currently completing the practicum portion of my Masters of Arts in Counselling Degree and working with clients under the supervision of Andrea Thring, RCC.

My services

My practice is body-based and trauma-informed. I am committed to supporting you through the complexities of your emotional and relational experiences. Understanding how early childhood experiences influence our present attachment styles, relationships, health, nervous systems, and experiences allows me to support your healing process from an informed, compassionate lens. I believe that every individual is unique with unique therapeutic needs. I will work with you to create a treatment plan that optimally contributes to your well-being.
